Payment and Delivery

Prices shown on this website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).

GST is calculated as ten percent of the advertised price.

GST does not apply to purchases made from outside of Australia.

Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit cards.

Your credit card account will be debited at the time of purchase and a receipt confirming your order and purchase will be issued via email. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of purchase please advise us by email at: info@cymbalsplus.com or by phone during working hours.

Goods will be dispatched via Australia Post within 1 working day of payment being received and cleared.

Please allow 5 to 10 working days for your goods to arrive.

Refund Policy

Please choose your products carefully as we do not give refunds simply because you changed your mind or made a wrong decision.

A refund, exchange or credit will be offered if:

  • The wrong item has been shipped
  • A manufacturing defect results in a failure of the product
  • The goods have been damaged in transit.

To obtain a refund, exchange or credit:

  • Advise Cymbalsplus.com immediately of your problem
  • Clearly indicate your preferred option of either refund, exchange or credit
  • Return the product within seven days of shipment with the original packaging and a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase.
  • For warranty claims the seven day period does not apply
  • No attempt must be made to repair the damaged item

Warranty

  • Products are covered by a 12 month warranty against failure due to manufacturing defects
  • Products are covered by a 12 month warranty against failure due to manufacturing defects
  • No attempt must be made to repair products under a warranty claim

Overseas Customers

  • Please contact Cymbalplus.com for a shipping quote before placing your order.
  • In entering into a purchase agreement with Cymbalsplus.com, the overseas customers accept that they are responsible for paying any import duties that may be applied by the respective country.
  • GST does not apply to overseas orders and is calculated as ten percent of the advertised price.
  • Exchange rates are determined by the customer’s financial institution at the time of transaction.
  • Goods shipped to locations outside of Australia are not covered by insurance.

A Note on the Appearance of the Cymbals

  • The quality of Dream cymbals is high, however, as they are fully hand made they occasionally arrive in Australia with  a few scratches.  This in no way affects the sound or performance of the cymbals. 
  • The hand hammering and lathing is what gives Dream cymbals their unique sonic characteristics. It also gives some of them a beaten and battered  appearance.  This "vintage" look adds to the appeal and uniqueness of the item.
